CUZINA PICKLEBALL’s medical grade graduated compression arm sleeve increases blood flow & decreases muscle vibration during active game play to keep your arm fresh throughout the match.

HIT HARDER, LONGER: Graduated compression sleeves increase blood flow to the arm by dilating the player’s arteries by 40% and by compressing the veins.  Increased blood flow means more oxygen which helps the player’s arm feel rested and “live” throughout a match.

KEEP YOUR ARM COOL: In addition to keeping your arm feeling “live”, increased blood flow actually keeps you feeling cool and fresh while you play.

REDUCE INJURIES: Our graduated compression arm sleeves also reduce muscle and tendon vibration during the swinging motion, essentially keeping everything in place, which over time helps reduce the potential for injuries.

FASTER RECOVERY: Graduated compression sleeves and leggings are used throughout sports to help with recovery after games and practices by removing lactic acid and increasing blood flow and oxygen delivery.  As great as our arm sleeves are for playing, they are just as good for post-match recovery. Simply wear the sleeve for an hour after playing and feel the difference.

This size chart is to determine your sleeve size. To measure your arm you want to get the circumference (just measure around your bicep). If any of your measurements are on the borderline between two sizes, you can pick the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your arm measurement suggests a different size than your height or weight measurements, you should order the one which is indicated by the measurement of your arm.

This doesn't necessarily mean that our products won't eventually wear out, all athletic products have a lifespan that varies based on style of play and usage. But if you aren't happy with the quality for some reason, we would like the opportunity to make it right for you and to gain your feedback to enable us to constantly improve our products and service. 

All we ask is that our customers understand that we aren't perfect which is why we are always striving to "Be Better" and back up our products with AWESOME customer service.  We just ask that our customers try to be fair and understanding and we will always try to make you happy that you worked with us and gave us your business.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS,  ISSUES & EXCEPTIONS POLICY

CUZINA PICKLEBALL provides a flexible exchange and return policy in addition to our Quality Promise - We want you to love your CUZINA gear!

To begin, we offer a 30-day size or color exchange and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request size/color exchanges or a refund for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund or size/color exchange, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the tags on any items if you test the fit and feel. If the tags or packaging were accidentally removed, please include the tags/packaging in your return package.

To start an exchange or return, please review each section below for detailed information and note that items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted.

Size or Color Exchanges
If you simply need the same product but in a different size or color - you can contact us by visiting our online Service Center Portal and filling out the necessary information to begin your exchange. We will respond to requests urgently and if your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted.  Upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of your exchanged item(s) we will then ship out the new size/color.

Note that it may take up to 5-7 days for return shipping and then the additional shipping time to send out the replacement product. If time is of importance, then we recommend that instead of an exchange process that you make a new purchase for the correct product, which we will send out immediately. Then just send us back the original and we will refund your original payment method as soon as we receive the return.

If your original order qualified for Free Shipping (Over $50) then we will provide free exchange shipping as well.  We will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for sending the product back to us and then ship out your new size and color.  Since shipping costs are quite expensive for small businesses like ours, we would simply request that when you have a moment that you provide a product review by clicking here or via the link in our email confirmation - this really helps us build trust in our products and service!

Refunds
The fastest way to receive a refund is to contact us by visiting our online Service Center Portal and filling out the necessary information to begin your refund. We will respond to requests urgently and if your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted.  Upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of your returned item(s) we will either issue you store credit via Cuzina Rewards Cash or credit a refund back to your original payment method.

Because shipping costs are quite expensive (especially for small businesses like ours) we have implemented a return policy that we think is equitable.  When making a return request you will have 2 options to choose from:
            (a) Select Store Credit via your Cuzina Rewards account – if this option is selected there is no cost for return shipping.  We will provide you with a return label and once the product(s) have been received we will issue a credit for the full amount of your purchase to your Cuzina Rewards Account, you can use your Cuzina Cash whenever you would like.
            or
            (b) Select a Refund to your Original Payment Method – if this option is selected there will be a flat $5 fee for shipping.  We will still provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and once your product(s) have been received and accepted we will issue a credit for the purchase amount, less $5 - to your original payment method.  For example, if the cost of your returned item was $45 we will issue a credit for $40.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To contact us please visit our Service Center Portal and select the best corresponding return reason.  It would also be very helpful if you could upload any photos that illustrate the issue so that we can work to ensure that the issue is addressed with our internal team, our suppliers, shippers or other relevant partners.  We will follow-up with you quickly to resolve the issue via an exchange or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If you have worn or used the gear, those products are not eligible for a refund or a size/color exchange

Clearance and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
