Shipping policy

CUZINA PICKLEBALL offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. If you’d like expedited shipping, contact us and we may have different options available.

Orders placed before 2 pm CST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.  Purchases made after 2 pm CST will ship out the next business day. If you order after 2 pm CST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that Cuzina does not process and ship orders on weekends or holidays - orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we guarantee same or next-day fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL will deliver on their stated delivery times.  However, if you choose to opt-in to our SMS/Text Messaging then we will provide you with timely status updates on (a) when your product has shipped (b) the scheduled delivery date (c) any changes to expected delivery and (d) when your package has been delivered.  You can add get text/sms during checkout or in the form HERE
